to my great regret the whole of today I am angry and I can not calm down. it upsets me, because the cause of my terrible mood so stupid as to say ridiculous. I upset a familar woman. I know that this is done on purpose to annoy me and upset. Need not pay any attention, but by nature im very vulnerable person and simply turn away and not pay attention I can not.
